Burger Boss was born from the meeting of Sicilian and American traditions: two different cultures blending into one unique taste, ours.
Every day we carefully choose ingredients, preparations and details, built around three simple values: quality, cleanliness and professionalism.
Our kitchen is open to view because we believe in transparency and in what we do.
But Burger Boss is above all family, trust and sharing.

What are the opening hours?
Evenings only. Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 6:30 pm to 11:30 pm; Friday and Sunday 6:30 pm to midnight; Saturday 6:30 pm to 12:30 am. Closed on Tuesday.
Do I need to book?
Seating is limited, so it's a good idea: message us on WhatsApp at +39 095 090 1659 or book on TheFork.
Do you do delivery and takeaway?
Yes. For home delivery order on Just Eat, Glovo or WeDelivery; for takeaway, order and collect directly at via Gemmellaro.
Which meats do you use for the burgers?
Four: beef, horse, donkey and chicken, across 16 burgers on the menu. Every burger also comes in a veg version and, if you prefer, you can build your own boss from scratch by choosing the base and the toppings.
Do you have veg and gluten-free options?
Yes. Every burger is available in a veg version and we have a gluten-free line: just let the staff know when you order.
Is there a kids' menu?
Yes, the Kids Boss Menù at €9.90: you'll find it on the menu next to the toasts.
How much is the cover charge?
€2, waived if you only have drinks. Every burger, sandwich and toast is served with fries.
Where can I see the full menu with prices?
On the Menu page, which you can flip through page by page and download as a PDF. Burgers range from €8.90 to €13.90.
